SERVING ICE CREAM TO SERVE OUR COMMUNITY

The Darling’s Ice Cream for a Cause crew is preparing for our next season. At this time we are not accepting event requests for 2025, with no exceptions.

We plan to begin accepting event requests for the 2025 season in February or March. The ice cream truck is tentatively scheduled to start the 2025 season in April and run through October 31st. Please keep an eye on our website and Facebook page for updates.

Darling’s Ice Cream for a Cause events are typically booked on a rolling six-week basis. Once we start accepting requests, they will be kept on file until we review them approximately six weeks before the event date. After reviewing all requests for the same day, we will decide which events we will attend and email each event coordinator to confirm whether or not we will be participating. This process ensures that we give equal consideration to all events requested for the same day and allows us to plan logistics effectively to attend as many events as possible.
