We are now accepting requests for the 2024 Darling’s Ice Cream for a Cause season. If you are planning an event and would like the Darling’s Ice Cream Truck to attend and fundraise for a great charity or cause, please fill out the request form below. We will be on the road beginning in April, and our season will run through October 31st.

Darling’s Ice Cream for a Cause events are typically booked on a rolling six-week basis. We keep all events on file until we review them, approximately six weeks before the event date. Once we have reviewed all the requests for the same day and decided which events we’ll attend, we email each event coordinator to confirm whether or not we’ll be attending their event. This process allows us to give equal consideration to all the events requested for the same day and plan with better logistics so we can attend as many events as possible.

We accept requests for events less than six weeks away, but they may be less likely to be booked since we already have other events scheduled.

Every cause and charity is important to us, and we accommodate as many requests as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot honor them all due to the sheer number of requests we receive.
