Check My Event Status
To check your event request status or to see how much was raised at your event, please enter your Event code below. The Event ID Code was included in the verification email you received when you requested your event and in the confirmation email you received when we booked your event.

This year, Darling’s Ice Cream for a Cause events in April will be reviewed and booked approximately three weeks before the requested event date. For events on or after May 1st, submitted requests will be reviewed and booked approximately six weeks before their requested date. We keep all event requests on file until we review them. Once we have reviewed all the requests for the same day and decided which events we’ll attend, we email each event coordinator to confirm whether or not we’ll be attending their event. This process allows us to give equal consideration to all the events requested for the same day and plan with better logistics so we can attend as many events as possible.
If your event is less than six weeks away (less than three weeks for April events) and you have yet to receive an email from us, please check your spam folder, as they sometimes end up there based on your email settings. Due to the volume of requests and emails we receive, please only email us to check your event status if your event is four (4) weeks or less (less than three for April events), and you submitted your request more than one week ago.

Every cause and charity is very important to us, and we try to accommodate as many requests as possible. Unfortunately, due to the sheer number of requests we receive, we are unable to honor them all.
