The Darling\u2019s Ice Cream for A Cause Ice Cream Truck is based in Brewer, Maine, and serves much of the state.<\/p>\n
Mailing Address: <\/span><\/p>\n The Darling\u2019s Ice Cream for a Cause Truck is one of the easiest and most fun ways to fundraise for a cause or charity. To learn more about how the Darling\u2019s Ice Cream for a Cause Truck operates, check out How Does It Work?<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n This year, Darling\u2019s Ice Cream for a Cause events in April will be reviewed and booked approximately three weeks before the requested event date. For events on or after May 1st, submitted requests will be reviewed and booked approximately six weeks before their requested date. We keep all event requests on file until we review them. Once we have reviewed all the requests for the same day and decided which events we\u2019ll attend, we email each event coordinator to confirm whether we\u2019ll attend their event. This process allows us to give equal consideration to all events requested for the same day and plan logistics more effectively so we can attend as many events as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n We accept requests for events less than six weeks away, but they may be less likely to be booked since we already have other events scheduled.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Every cause and charity is very important to us, and we try to accommodate as many requests as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot honor all of them due to the sheer number of requests we receive.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/strong><\/p>\n <\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The Contact Us form is for general questions and comments only. <\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Please do not submit an event request through this Contact Us form<\/span>.
